ORDERS

Any customer can place an order observing the following steps : 
- Choose article(s) and add it to the cart;
- Register invoincing and delivery information;
- Validating the order;
- Chose a payment mode an validate the payment.

The order is accepted when confirmed in an email sent within 48h after the order was placed.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse an order, especially if the payment was not autorised by the financial organisms, in the case where a dispute is already ongoing with the customer, or when we believe the order is fraudulent, for example when the quantities ordered are considered unusual. 


AVAILIBILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

The products sales are limited by the quantities available in stock. 

In case of a total or partial unavailability in your order, we will inform you within the next 30 days, by email or phone, and we will arrange a modficiation or a cancelation of your order. Usually, the average delay to inform customer is less than 24 hours.

If a product is totally unavailable for a long period, we would propose to you the followings solutions :

- Being reimbursed of the total amount.
- Being offered a new product, similar to the one ordered in price and use.


PRICE

All the prices on the website are taxes included. The price of a product is the price displayed on the product page the day of the order. The prices can be changed at any time by the company.


PAYMENT

Payment modes

We accept the following payment modes : Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), American Express, Bank transfer and cheque.

An order paid by cheque is processed once the cheque has been received and banked. It takes sometimes 4 to 5 days to process the order once we receive a cheque.

You will be informed by email when the payment is accepted.

Secured payment

All the transactions on the site are secured. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to crypt information in order to protect your personnal datas.

We never keep your bank datas in our system so there is no risk that it is stolen from us.

Payment default

In the case where an order is partially paid, we will inform you by email so you can arrange another payment.

Without answer in the 5 days following the order, we will block all further orders and engage a recovery procedure. 

You will then be informed by official mail with the total amount due and the period given to arrange a payment.


DELIVERY

All the products are delivered at the adress given during the account creation. You have to make sure the adress is exact. You have to make the required complaints or refuse the parcel if it is delivered with obvious traces of damaging.

We engaged in sending out all orders within 20 days after the order is placed. Usually most orders are sent the day they are placed.

The articles with the mention "24H delivery available" can be ordered to be received within 24H. An article with this mention ordered before noon (12 am) is sent the same day.

For a return, please contact us to arrange a shipping. The products returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days to exchange or cancel your order without having to justify a reason nor pay penaltys or any fees except the delivery costs to send the parcel back. All the returned products must be new and unused.
